Tropical Storm Wipha, Vietnam and China, August 2019Heavy rain fall from Tropical Storm Wipha caused severe flooding in parts of Thanh Hoa province in Vietnam from around 02 August. As of 05 August, 5 deaths had been reported across the country (3 in Thanh Hoa) with around 13 missing, most of them after floods in Quan Son district of Thanh Hoa.
